Teaching is one of the most important jobs in the world today and we are working hard to place responsible, bright and caring educators in these crucial roles. At the very same time, we are also committed to helping individual educators fulfill their dreams to become teachers or administrators. It's a WIN-WIN!

It is no secret that there are many more applicants than vacant positions in education today. Although competition for teaching positions has always been great, perhaps it is even tougher during difficult economic times. Teacher Express Founder and Job Coach, Tom Mitchell, received a PH.D. in Ed. Admin. from Penn State and has extensive experience as a teacher and administrative roles. As a classroom teacher, Department Head, Principal, and central office Curriculum Administrator, he has screened and interviewed hundreds of candidates and has hired many teachers and administrators.  This site provides services to help Applicants and Employers find each other!
