Virtual Practice Interview - we promise to communicate with you within 24 hours of notification of your order and payment to schedule a virtual interview at your convenience using the device (cell phone, FaceTime, Zoom) of your choosing. We further promise to share information to download necessary software or apps if required. We promise to initiate the communication at the scheduled time and date and to conduct the practice interview as described. The interview will last about 30 minutes and may be recorded if requested. All interview content - live or recorded - will be treated confidentially and will never be knowingly shared with other party. If requested, we promise to share the recording with the client for reflection. We also promise to offer feedback regarding the interview - highlighting both areas regarded as strengths and needs - directly with the client, either by phone or by email. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the service and that you will receive suggestions for improvement.
